All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your order confirmation. You will get a notification email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days. $4.99 flat fee, or FREE on orders over $50.
• Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days. $9.99 flat fee.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If you don't see updates after 48 hours, reach out to us at info@petwaggingtail.com and we'll help right away.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to standard US addresses and PO Boxes. We cannot currently ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

One order ships to one address. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
