30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on most items. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We Cover Return Shipping

Returns are easy with us. Just email info@petwaggingtail.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. No need to pay return postage yourself.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@petwaggingtail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with your prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@petwaggingtail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away — no return shipping needed.

Exchanges

For exchanges (different size or color), simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
